It seems like 2014 will arrive with good news for the uses that are touchy about the privacy of their cellphone. Google Android 4.4 KitKat is up to a wonderful offer. After amending their TOS which enables Google to use your photos in advertisements all across the web via Google Shared Endorsement, the company has decided to take a step further. This time your Google+ photo will be connected to your phone number and will be shown to any user on their Android mobile phone as Caller ID when they dial your phone number. The feature known as ‘Smart Caller ID’ is now live on Android 4.4 and show caller ID photos pulled automatically from verified Google Places and Google Apps customer accounts. Plans are made on including your personal Google+ accounts by early 2014. With this anyone with a verified phone number and discovery turned on in G+ profile will have their names and profile photos display on each other’s screen even if they have not exchanged/saved contact information. But, if they want users can easily disable this feature.
How to Disable Google plus Photo Caller ID
