Harley-Davidson finally announced the most anticipated Harley-Davidson Street 500 and Street 750 in India. Both of the bikes were launched at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy. Earlier this year the two bikes have been spotted testing in several parts of India. The new bikes will be launched in the Indian market earlier next year.
A liquid cooled V-twin Revolution X engine is used by the American two wheeler manufacturer. The engine is made to fit perfectly with the Indian climatic changes. However, the figures in context to the power and torque of engine are not confirmed yet. The estimated figure for Street 500 is 42bhp power and Street 750 is 55bhp.

Both the bikes look almost similar at first glance. It resembles the traditional Harley-Davidson design. The dark custom styling is appealing yet again. The new additions to the series will replace the displacement capacity of Superlow. This time it will be 500cc and 750cc respectively.

Launch and price of Harley Davidson Street 500 and Street 750 in India
The exact price specification is also not announced yet. However, Harley-Davidson Street 500 is expected to cost Rs. 4 lakhs or less in India while the Street 750 may be priced at Rs. 5 lakhs or less. The price will be kept low s this will be the first new motorcycle platform developed them in the past 13 years. Till now, the lowest priced model from the company is Superlow that is priced at Rs. 5.60 lakhs.
Both the bikes are expected a mid launch this year.
Research on Harley Davidson Street 500 and Street 750
This will be the first new project Harley-Davidson will come up with in the past 13 years. Though the exact details on specification like torque and power about the two bikes have not yet been revealed, but it is certain that this time they will come with single overhead cam with four valves per head, typical Harley-Davidson belt-drive and a new 6-speed gearbox. These bikes will be comfy on Indian roads too.
