1. Google Nexus 5

Expected features:

• 4.96 inch display with 1920 X 1080 pixels
• Powered by a 2.3GHz Quad core Snapdragon processors coupled with 2GB RAM
• Larger camera sensor with 13MP camera
• 32GB in-built memory but no Micro-SD card

Google Nexus 5 expected to be launched on October 30th together with the release of Android 4.4 KitKat.

2. Apple iPad 5

Expected features:

• 9.7 inch screen size and much lighter and thinner than the previous version

• Powered by 64bit A7X processor

The 5th generation Apple iPad 5 is expected to hit the market by early November.

6. BlackBerry C-Series

• Will run on Blackberry 10.2 and is code named as Americano

9. Sony Xperia Z1 Mini

10. Huawei Ascend W3

Expected features:

• Powered by Windows 8 Operating system
• 1cm thick with a metal body
• 4.5 inch display
• 8MP rear camera
• Support 4G connectivity

Huawei Ascend W3 is expected to be unveiled in 2014.
