Vodafone has come up with this awesome Balance transferring option which allows customers to send money to friends instantly by debiting from their existing balance. For transferring balance a donor has to only dial *131*<MRP>*<Receiver number>#.

Things to be remembered during transaction

• You are allowed to enter any amount from 5 Rs(lower limit) and 30 Rs (upper limit)
• You can transfer money to the same number only once in a day
• Enter the Valid 10 digit Mobile Number of your friend (cross check for confirmation)

Instructions

• This service is only available between Vodafone to Vodafone numbers with an exception of retailer numbers.
• Both donor as well as the receiver mobile numbers should be active on the Vodafone network.
• The donor should be an active member of the Vodafone network for at least 90 days.
• A subscriber should be at least 30 days old to the Vodafone network to be able to receive balance.
• A subscriber is able to send balance only once a day and receive balance up to three times a day.

The processing fees for one transaction are as follows:

• For requesting balance, the requester has to dial *132*<MRP>*<Donor number>#.
• No charges are applied for requesting balance.
• There is no limit on the number of times a request can be sent.
• For receiving balance by the subscriber, the donor must reply with a *131*<MRP>*<Receiver number>#.
