Who does not know of the multi-millionaire, Microsoft founder, Bill Gates? Recently, he decided to buy to buy a home in the Palm Beach County. He paid $8.7 million in cash for this elegant and classy home with horse barns and show jumping training grounds. Earlier he lived in a rented house in Wellington for $1.1 million for two winter seasons.
Pool: Seems like Jennifer, Bill and Melinda Gates’ daughter is being trained to become a world-show jumping rider. After spending a day on her horse, we guess she loves a soothing dip in this sparkling pool.
Exterior: This magnificent house is located in the prestigious mallet Hill section of Wellington with only 13 houses in the neighborhood including New Your City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s home.
Kitchen: The kitchen in just a complete wow! It is here Gates host their billionaire friends for dinner. Living Room: A fun fact about this living room is that Gate’s wife Melinda and their family rented the same house for four months in January earlier this year for $5000,000.
Horse Barns: This wonderful 7,230 square foot property includes show jumping training grounds and two barns with space for 20 horses.
Horse Property: This beautiful village in Palm Beach County is basically surrounded by horses. Especially the Equestrian Preserve which is a 9,2000 acre district with 60 miles of bridle paths.
