It has come into notice that Twitter has started rolling out a new app version to its beta testers earlier today. The new beta which will be carrying the version number 5.0 has showed a glance at the upcoming user-interface (UI) redesign.
The revamped Twitter for Android has finally included a sliding menu known as hamburger navigation panel similar to other Android apps. The sliding menu will contain direct links to the different columns present on the app and will show the unread tweets from each column. You can even re-order the columns from this menu.
This time instead of using four columns, the app has come with seven columns. The additional ones stand for Activity, Trending and finding new people.
But since, this is just a beta version some of the features might not be present in the finalized ones or may change to some extent.
