Samsung Galaxy Grand duos to be updated with Android 4.2.2 in India

There is good news coming for Galaxy Grand duos owners in India. Samsung has started rolling out Android 4.2.2 update for Galaxy Grand duos smartphone in the Indian market today. The update is seen to be rolling out over-the-air and also via Kies app.

There is no official change-log available as of now. However the update is expected to include Android 4.2.2 changes like lock-screen widgets, quick-settings in notification shade, DayDream support and performance improvements. Other goodies are also expected on the Touchwiz side.

Well, you will be automatically notified once the update is available for your phone. But if you want to check it manually you may do so too. Go to Settings > About Phone > Software update > Update. If you want to update your phone via Kies, the application can be downloaded from the Samsung support site.
