Verizon expected to launch a Total Mobile Protection Service at $10 Per Month

Verizon is heard to be planning the launch of a new protection plan for smartphone owners called Total Mobile Protection (TMP) this week. The subscribers to this service are expected to receive quality device tech support, security and replacement services in case of any mishap with your expensive gadget at a minimal of $10 per month.

TMP is also expected to offer you “premium” tech support through Verizon’s “Tech Coaches.” All you will need to do is to tap your phone and you will be linked directly to a live person for device support, apps, cloud services and device integration with other tech.

In the security aspect, Verizon’s TMP will protect you from viruses, malware and other mobile threats with the Verizon Mobile Security app. The app will also feature mobile device lock, locate services and wiping if you in case lose your phone.

TMP will provide replacement for your lost, stolen or damaged device. Its Total Mobile Protection will include insurance, extend the warranty on your phone and also offer next day replacement.

Well, this brand new service is expected to launch this week and may run for $10 per month. It is also rumored that Asurion is behind this launch.
