Step 2: Bharat Gas has come up with an interactive voice recognition system (IVRS) with telephone numbers in a few states in India. Dial the number and book your request for the cylinder. You will get a booking or confirmation number. You can hence use the number to track the status of your booking and the possible delivery date.

For iphone or android phone users
Step 1: Go to Apple store and search for Bharat Gas.
Step 2: Select it and download.
Step 3: Now install it in your phone.
Step 4: Before activation, the app will ask for the distributor code, consumer number and mobile number. When you submit all such details, you will receive an SMS with your activation code.
Step 5: You will receive a password as soon as the app is activated.
Refilling and tracking Bharat Gas Connection via SMS
The process of refilling and tracking your booking is easy. You only need to register your mobile number with your distributor. After registration, send an SMS with your consumer number from Bharat Gas to 57333 and book your gas. Vodafone, MTNL, Idea, Airtel, and TATA users may send it to 52725.
If you want to track your status, send an SMS to the mentioned numbers with your consumer number and remain updated from time to time.

Step 1: Login to www.ebharatgas.com with your login ID and password.
Step 2: After successful login, you can track the bookings for your gas cylinders easily. The status of booking will be mentioned in the history of your bookings.
Documents you need to submit for registration of Bharat Gas Connection
ü Proof of residence which may be any one of your Voter identification card, ration card, electricity bill (within last three months), telephone bill (within last three months), employers certificate, rent receipt (last two months), flat allotment letter, house registration papers or Aadhaar card.
ü Also carry along a few copies of your recently clicked passport size photographs.
